BestQuote Travel insurance Agency is a Canadian Agency that specialises in providing travel insurance services for people coming to Canada like tourists, immigrants, etc. The company is currently seeking qualify individuals to join it workforce. After finishing the full training program, your daily tasks will include entering data, answering emails, and helping the company agent team with client work.


Administrative Assistant


West Broadway and Cambie Street, Vancouver, BC (Work-from-home opportunities available after training)

Position Status


Permanent (minimum two-year commitment; visa sponsorship is possible after three months of probation)




40 hrs/week


CAD $50,000 to $55,000 a year (based on experience). 

After the three-month trial time, extra $5,000 to $12,000 a year in team-based monthly incentives.


  • Do routine tasks like handling early payments for returns, cancellations, and changes to policy dates.
  • Check the monthly fee records that supplier send you.
  • Follow up with clients to get any application or return information that you might be missing.
  • Take calls from clients and transfer them to office staff when you can’t handle all.
  • Collect email and send email marketing message to customers from website.
  • Do SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing, depending on how much experience you have.
  • Use your discretion to do things that might propel the company to move smoothly.

  • Minimum 2 years of College/University education, preferably with a diploma/degree.
  • Prior experience in an office setting is an added advantage.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a team player.
  • Ability to take direction, act with initiative, and self-motivate to meet deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications.
